Nothing on immychat asks you for information unless you're mid-application — every other page is free to read, no login wall and nothing quietly tracking you across visits.

What we ask you for directly

When you submit the application, we collect your name, your preferred way to be reached — Telegram, WhatsApp, or plain email — the role you're aiming for, and your self-assessment of how solid your English is on paper. Near the bottom there's an optional field about the channel that led you to us; you're welcome to bypass that one entirely.

What your device hands over on its own

Every browser automatically attaches a handful of technical details each time a page loads: your IP address, a country estimate derived from it, a general idea of what device and browser you're using, the dimensions of your screen, the time zone configured on your device, which page referred you here, plus campaign tags if you clicked through from an ad we ran. None of that gets built into a marketing profile on you — the point is catching one address spamming our form over and over, and understanding which channels real parents genuinely arrive through.

Where all of it sits

Applications land in a Cloudflare D1 database that runs entirely inside Cloudflare's own infrastructure — we don't rent a separate server for it. A short list of hiring staff at immychat can open that table; it never gets exported into a spreadsheet, dumped into a CRM tool, or handed to anyone outside that circle.

Who beyond us actually sees it

The instant a form goes through, the same fields also drop into a private Telegram group that our recruiters watch, so someone real notices right away — that particular hop runs on Telegram's infrastructure and follows Telegram's own rules. Outside that recruiting group, applications go nowhere: not to advertisers, not to data resellers, not to any company we haven't named here.

What we deliberately don't do

We steer clear of tracking cookies altogether, and no analytics script sits running quietly behind the scenes. The device details listed above are pulled a single time, straight from the incoming request the moment you hit send, and afterward your browser carries nothing away that would let us spot it on a future visit.

Asking us to erase your record

Old applications get cleared out gradually as hiring decisions get made, and for anyone already working with us, once that working relationship ends. If you'd rather not wait, send a message through the same application form, note which contact info you used when you first applied, and we'll pull your record.

If this page ever changes

What we collect and how we treat it can shift as immychat grows, and this page gets edited the moment it does — check the date shown at the top to see which version you're looking at.
